William AndersonFinance and Technology Executive
William (Bill) Anderson has more than 25 years of experience as a senior executive in finance, technology, and consulting. Mr. Anderson served as CEO of Universal Tax Systems, Inc. (TaxWise) until its acquisition by CCH (a Wolters Kluwer Company). Mr. Anderson also served as President and CEO of Nationtax, Inc. and Bankrate, Inc., where he successfully completed Bankrate's initial public offering.
Prior to Bankrate, Mr. Anderson worked with H&R Block, serving as CFO and as CEO of Block Financial Corporation. Mr. Anderson spent 19 years at KPMG Peat Marwick where he was partner-in-charge of the national corporate finance practice with the management consulting department.
Ronald C. Hess, Jr.Primus Capital, Principal
Ronald Hess joined Primus in 2007. Prior to joining Primus, Mr. Hess served as an investment banking analyst in the Global Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Lehman Brothers in New York. Mr. Hess earned a BA cum laude in Economics and History from Middlebury College and has also completed coursework at the University of Oxford.
In addition to Vendormate, Mr. Hess actively involved in the firm's investments in HealthTech Holdings, Inc., PartsSource, Inc., PathGroup, Inc., and SterilMed, Inc.
Phillip C. MolnerPrimus Capital, Managing Director
Phillip Molner joined Primus in 2001. Prior to joining Primus, Mr. Molner served in various roles at McKinsey & Company and The Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Molner earned at BA summa cum laude in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University and a JD from Yale Law School.
In addition to Vendormate, Mr. Molner is currently a Director of Encore Legal Solutions, Inc., Focus Receivables Management, LLC, HealthTech Holdings, Inc., Passport Health Communications, Inc., PathGroup, Inc. and SterilMed, Inc. Mr. Molner's historical investments include Universal Tax Systems, Inc. (acquired by CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business).
Andy MoninVendormate, CEO
Andy Monin is responsible for the overall strategic direction and vision of Vendormate, Inc. Prior to founding Vendormate, Mr. Monin co-founded BroadSource, a telecommunications expense management software and solutions company that raised nearly $8M in private placement and venture capital funding through 2004. Mr. Monin served as Chairman of the Board and successfully led the company's sales efforts, as the company became a member of the Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC) incubator.
Prior to BroadSource, Mr. Monin held various sales and marketing positions for global telecommunications companies Cable and Wireless and MCI. Mr. Monin received a BA in Political Science from Clemson University.

Steve Pattison joined National City Equity Partners in 2002. Previously, he worked in the investment banking division of McDonald Investments.
He started his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young. Mr. Pattison received a B.S. in business administration from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
