Andy MoninChief Executive Officer
Mr. Monin is responsible for the overall strategic direction and vision of the organization. Prior to founding Vendormate, Mr. Monin cofounded BroadSource, a telecommunications expense management software and solutions company that raised nearly $8M in private placement and venture capital funding through 2004. Mr. Monin served as Chairman of the Board and successfully led the company’s sales efforts, as the company became a member of the Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC) incubator. In January of 2005, the Technology Association of Georgia named BroadSource one of Georgia’s Top 40 Most Innovative Companies. Prior to BroadSource Mr. Monin held various sales and marketing positions for global telecommunications companies Cable and Wireless and MCI. Mr. Monin received a BA in Political Science from Clemson University.
Bill HayesPresident & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Hayes is responsible for all aspects of Vendormate's business including sales; product development; marketing; account management; corporate services; and customer support. Mr. Hayes brings over 20 years of management, consulting, and information-technology experience to Vendormate. Prior to Vendormate, Mr. Hayes founded Cadence Solutions, a general management-consulting firm with a strong technology focus. Mr. Hayes also served as Vice President of Information Technology for Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, a $6B real estate solutions and investment management company operating in 41 countries. In addition, Mr. Hayes spent nearly four years with Andersen Consulting as a Senior Consultant. Mr. Hayes attended Michigan State University where he graduated with highest honors and received a BA in Financial Administration.
Mark ChapmanChief Financial Officer
Mr. Chapman brings over 20 years of financial and operational leadership to Vendormate. In his roles as CFO for pre-revenue start ups to $100+ million annual revenue companies, Mr. Chapman has led all aspects of finance, accounting, HR, legal, operations, and IT. His previous Atlanta-based companies include Spectra Precision Software, Technology Builders, Revenue Technologies and Stratix Corporation where he helped raise more than $30 million in equity, debt and mezzanine financing. In addition Mr. Chapman has been on both the buy-side and sell-side of multiple M&A deals. Prior to his role as CFO with these companies, Mr. Chapman was an audit manager in the technology group of KPMG's Atlanta office. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Georgia and also serves on the board of directors of Ingenious Med, Inc., a provider of practice management and charge capture software to the healthcare industry. Mr. Chapman is a graduate of Auburn University.
Gopal KoratanaChief Technology Officer
Managing architecture, infrastructure, software development and quality assurance of all of Vendormate's information technology, Mr. Koratana brings nearly 15 years of application-development experience to the team. Before Vendormate, Mr. Koratana served as Senior Software Architect at Manheim Auctions where he was responsible for the design and development of the Tracker Dealer Management System, which manages the auction operations of over 34,000 car dealerships across the United States. Prior to Manheim, Mr. Koratana held several positions with various companies including General Electric Transportation Systems and UPS Logistics. Mr. Koratana holds a Bachelors of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Nagpur University, India and a Masters of Technology In Electrical Engineering (Energy Systems) from the Indian Institute Of Technology, Madras, India.
Jeff BeckVice President of Product Management
Mr. Beck brings more than 10 years experience in designing, delivering and marketing web applications. He is currently responsible for the design, development and management of the product development process. This includes priority exercises; requirements elicitation, analysis and definition as well as the coordination of go-to-market strategy. Prior to joining Vendormate in 2006, Mr. Beck worked as a Business Analysis and Product Management Consultant with focus in the area of auction marketplaces. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
John HarperVice President of Marketing
John Harper directs brand management and marketing communications for Vendormate. His diverse career includes Fortune 500 and small business experiences. Mr. Harper served as Vice President of Marketing for MCI, guiding its B2B brand management and marketing communications including positioning, customer communications, product launches, trade shows, and graphic design. He oversaw brand recovery efforts following the WorldCom bankruptcy that helped hold major account churn to zero and eventually resulted in the successful global re-launch of the MCI brand in the B2B space. His experience includes marketing research, strategy, and product management roles as well as tenure at PathCut Partners, JCPenney and Belden Associates. He earned an MBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia and a BBA with honors in Journalism from Baylor University.
Adrienne Bentley JohnstonVice President of Employee & Customer Engagement
Adrienne Johnston leads Vendormate's Hospital Account Management organization in defining and implementing business strategies that drive cost reduction and improve patient safety in healthcare. Ms. Johnston brings over ten years of customer service and program management experience to Vendormate. Prior to Vendormate, Ms. Johnston was responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, best practices, sales and productivity metrics and tools, and assuring quality standards for Barnes and Noble College Booksellers. She is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry.
Amy LeiterVice President of Vendor Relations
Ms. Leiter manages all aspects of vendor participation in Vendormate solutions. Her team serves as point for vendor service, vendor communication, and vendor value-add programs. Ms. Leiter leverages her broad career in sales, marketing, brand development, business development, product strategy, and technology to ensure maximum value for vendors as well as customers. Prior to joining Vendormate, she worked for AutoTrader.com in Product Management and Product strategy, responsible for integration and development of OEM partnerships on the site, as well as integration of key non-automotive relationships and management. Prior to AutoTrader.com, Ms. Leiter had a 17 year career at Delta Air Lines. She served as Global Account Manager for Sales and Distribution as well as serving in Sales Development and In-flight Service. Ms. Leiter earned an MBA from Mercer University and a BBA in Marketing from Stetson University.
Chris LuomaVice President of Business Development
With more than 12 years' experience in the health information technology industry, Mr. Luoma's responsibilities have spanned customer service, consulting, sales, product marketing, and product management. In his current role, Mr. Luoma drives business development and new revenue opportunities at Vendormate. Prior to joining Vendormate, Mr. Luoma served as Director of Product Marketing for Bottomline Technologies, working with clients and market thought leaders to make payment and document-centric interactions between customers, suppliers, and employees more productive and efficient. Prior to Bottomline Technologies, he held a number of roles at Optio Software with a focus on helping healthcare organizations acquire and implement automated solutions for clinical and financial document management. Mr. Luoma came to Optio Software via the acquisition of a healthcare startup focused on electronic health records. He is a graduate of Duke University with a Bachelors of Biomedical Engineering.
Parsu NuraniVice President of Software Development
Parsu Nurani is responsible for architecture, delivery, and quality of Vendormate's software products and solutions. Mr. Nurani brings over 18 years of consulting and information technology experience in delivering large scale enterprise applications. Prior to Vendormate Mr. Nurani held leadership and consulting positions in information technology at Turner Broadcasting Systems, CompuCredit, UPS Logistics, Intel, and Caterpillar.
Mr. Nurani also worked as Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting for more than four years. Mr. Nurani holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (Chennai), Master of Science in Computer Science from University of Alabama (Tuscaloosa), and MBA with Finance Concentration from Georgia State University.
Mike ParisVice President of eCommerce & Supply Chain Solutions
Mr. Paris has spent more than 25 years in Supply Chain negotiating agreements, purchasing product and delivering the product in the most efficient manner available. Prior to joining Vendormate, Mr. Paris worked for Verizon where he utilized system to create electronic transaction for over 50% of the purchases in various divisions of the company. Prior to Verizon, Mr. Paris helped start up the Georgia Lottery as Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Paris' career includes service with the Southland Corporation, Circle K and Texaco/Shell, where he purchased products for resale and ran various divisions. Mr. Paris is a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania and has an MBA from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ.
Tim PaulusVice President of IT Operations & Infrastructure
Maintaining the day-to-day functionality of Vendormate's information technology systems, Mr. Paulus brings 15 years of IT and software development experience to the team. His group manages all data networks, IT servers, production services, network security and disaster preparedness. Before Vendormate, Mr. Paulus was an independent software consultant at Manheim Auctions where he worked on the Manheim Simulcast online auto auction and the Tracker Dealer Management System. Prior to Manheim he held software development positions with companies such as Pathfire, AT&T (formerly BellSouth), NCR, and Motorola. Mr. Paulus is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science.
Mike UlvenVice President of Sales
Mike Ulven drives sales success through direct sales, business development and channel management.
Mr. Ulven's expertise is built on a 20 year career in sales, marketing and business development in the healthcare and business-to-business environments. Prior to Vendormate, Mr. Ulven was Vice President of Marketing for McKesson Provider Technologies, a Healthcare software and applications company. Previously, he held various sales management, business development and marketing positions with Integrated Medical Systems, a national perioperative consulting and services company, and The Coca-Cola Company. Mr. Ulven is a graduate of Auburn University with a BS in Marketing and from Georgia State University with an MBA.
Frank Newlands, MDHealthcare Advisor
Frank Newlands, MD is the chief healthcare advisor for Vendormate. He joined Vendormate in 2005 and has been instrumental in the field of healthcare compliance and regulation. Dr. Newlands is currently the Director Hospitalist Program for Novant Health. He recently accepted the PRC Top Performance award for the nation's top hospitalist group for the second year in a row. Dr. Newlands is a graduate of the American University of the Caribbean and completed his clinical training in London. He is board certified in internal medicine and completed his residency at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA. Dr. Newlands received his BS from North Carolina State University.
